Tentative Tax Roll & Assessor Grievance Day 2021

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
Pursuant to §506 & §526 of the Real Property Tax Law:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Assessor in the Town of Clinton, County of Dutchess, has completed her tentative assessment roll for the current year, a copy is filed with the Town Clerk. The roll may be viewed when they become available at:

The Assessor will be in attendance with such tentative roll at: 1215 Centre Road; Rhinebeck, NY 12572, on the following days and times:

Wed. May 5, 2021 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm
Sat. May 8, 2021 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm
Wed. May 12, 2021 between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Sat. May 15, 2021 between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm

Due to Covid concerns the Town Hall is closed, but appointments may be made by calling the Assessor’s Office at (845) 266-8179 x113 or 114.

Written complaints with respect to the assessments may be filed with the Assessor any time prior to, or on, Grievance Day and shall be transmitted by the Assessor to the Board of Assessment Review on or before Grievance Day.

GRIEVANCE DAY

NOTICE is hereby given that the BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW for the Town of Clinton, County of Dutchess, shall hear and examine all properly filed complaints in relation to assessments of Real Property on:

Wed. May 26, 2021 4 PM – 8 PM.

The hearings will be held via Zoom. Appointments are highly recommended. Please call (845) 266-8179 x113 to schedule a time.

ALL COMPLAINT FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW BY 8 PM ON MAY 26, 2021.
