Clinton Historical Society
The Town of Clinton Historical Society, also known as the Clinton Historical Society, is headquartered in the Creek Meeting House, which was built by the Society of Friends in Clinton Corners during the Revolutionary War. Dedicated to preserving and interpreting the history of the Town of Clinton, the society publishes a newsletter and books, operates an archive and a local landmarks program, and offers historical programs, exhibits, music programs, and fundraising and social events. It is chartered by the State of New York as an educational organization and is a 501(c)3 non-profit membership organization.
