THE BOND RESOLUTION : A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW FIREHOUSE FOR THE EAST CLINTON FIRE DISTRICT IN THE TOWN OF CLINTON, DUTCHESS COUNTY, NEW YORK, AT A MAXIMUM ESTIMATED COST OF $6,000,000, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $4,500,000 SERIAL BONDS AND THE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE OF $1,500,000 CAPITAL RESERVE FUND AND OTHER AVAILABLE MONIES OF SAID FIRE DISTRICT TO PAY THE COST THEREOF.
