Pavilion Rentals
The pavilion at Fran Mark Park is available for rental for parties and functions. The facility includes a remodeled kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, sink, and microwave). Outdoor grills are also available. Separate bathroom facilities are located nearby. The pavilion has eight large wooden picnic tables, lighting, and electric outlets.
Amenities available include a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, a children’s playground, expansive open areas, and an updated basketball court. During the summer season, there is swimming in the pond when lifeguards are on duty.
Check the Recreation Calendar to see availability for the 2025 season. Paperwork to rent this facility can be found here on the website (Pavilion Use Application 2025). Submit the completed forms, insurance waiver, and necessary payment to our Recreation Director: Dan Harkenrider in order to hold your preferred date. Dates are filling up quickly!
2025 Pavilion Rental Fees:
- Clinton Resident: $250
- Non-resident: $350
- Organization (ex. scouts, clubs, etc) : $425
- Commercial (private business): $750
