For Those Of You Who Are New At This: Please keep in mind that the ability to view town meetings on our website is in the development phase.   Sorry, people using "dial up" cannot participate in this adventure.  Although we can't provide technical support, if you experience any difficulty and wish to report that to our technical staff, please click here to send an email explaining the circumstances (nothing happened, I received a message and what it was) and, if you can, include:

• The type (Windows or Mac) computer you have
• Which browser (Internet Explorer/Mozilla Firefox)
• And, for the browser, the version you're using which can be located at your Help menu, then select the "About" option.

Reporting to us will help to eliminate some issues for you and others.

The first thing to try is to Click on "TEST VIDEO". If your computer has all it needs, the video will play without any intervention from you.  You will see the information scroller for a bit before the meeting starts.  To stop watching it, simply leave the page you'll be viewing. We do not yet offer pause or fast forward options.  If your computer is slow, you may have to wait a bit.  If you get a window with a small box on it, you may need a "flash plugin".  You may get a message telling you that's what you need - it can be obtained at this link:   http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
